2，最好在晚上听，关掉灯，或者闭上眼睛（放心，不是KONG怖的）
, P$ X" K6 M2 l3，左右声道不要搞错，并且在声音设置中，禁用所有声音效果（win7是这样的，不知道xp的如何。因为有的声卡会均衡左右声道的音量，为了保护我们的耳朵）' K" T2 \- i& C4 q
4，录音中的英文如果能听懂最好～～听不懂也没事，不影响～1 w% L7 K$ C' T6 U0 I& m& u8 g
5. 要保持周围环境安静。
